Tire strategy in wet race?
I'm just curious how do you guys go about it regarding tire compound in the wet race?i started the race with MEDIUM then i swapped with INTER(because it was light rain), was leading but then i remember the rule stated that you need to at least use 2 dry compound so i pitted and change again to SOFT, because of this i lost my lead( i dropped to 10 and 18 position in the race); do i HAVE to use 2 DRY COMPOUND during the wet race just like it is in the dry race?

i'm new to this and i'm still learning

If you're going to be using inters or wets in a race, you don't have to worry about compounds. For example if its raining and you start on wets you could go the whole race on those same wets and not pit.

Good question. I'm also a newbie DTS on Netflix. Still wrapping my head around the rules and strategies.

if you start the race with soft tires and it starts to rain and then you swap to inters then counts as using 2 compound tires

i see, but the rain only started after lap 20, hence i pitted in lap 19 to gain an advantages(and it worked)

however i pitted again to soft 2 laps before the final lap and i lost my lead because of it(because i thought you need to use 2 dry compound lol)

The moment you have rain affecting a race, you can simply forget the 2 dry compound rule.
