advice on designing with no CFD or wind tunnel hours

Hi hopefully someone can help me out here, I have just started a new season and failed big time last season on developing and researching. I have designed new chasis and rear wing the weakest in my car and used all my CFD and Wind tunnel hours, should I continue designing new chasis and rear wing with no hours left or leave it till next reset? I have noticed there is not as big of change but I do jump up the rank system in parts by developing further with no hours remaining thank you

Suspension and chassis will be the best parts to design with no hours.
Save designing the other parts till you get some hours back.
It's not a problem that you've used them as such, as you need to use them in the 3 month period or they're lost.
