Qualifying - no cool-down lap

Had this a few times now, cars are on a 5-lap instruction: OUT, FLYing, COOLDOWN, FLYing, IN. But after the first flying lap, both cars head to the garage. Why? Just annoying to have to send them back out.

And I think it's by the default settings of the game. This should be also fixed!
