how hard do you let them push? are your tyres bad? are your tyres overheated? do your breaks overheat? how aggressive is the driver? bad weather conditions? did your driver have a media schedule on race day (reduces his control)?
it's a lot of things that can lead to errors.
accidents are a bit too often in game i agree, but 80% seems to me like there is something else going on, other than just driver stats.
but then there is mick in the game, that seems to have his moment in every race lol...
I encountered TONS of driver mistakes with high control stat and balanced driver mode. Come on, they are professional F1 driver WITH LICENSE who know how to push within limit! Please don't make them like an idiot and make us feel like we can drive better!
If we have to use conserved mode to avoid driver mistake or have to pray all the time when we push, there will be no fun left...
Exactly dude. People here talking about realism when they haven't implemented Pit Box changes according to last seasons finishing position. This game has miles to go...
As for the spins and crashes, I'm with you. Even though you are going to get tons of replies telling you that you have to drive at 80% to avoid crashes, while the AI doesn't and drives off into the sunset....
You are right, man... People telling me to avoid spins and crashes by,
1. Hiring low aggression drivers
2. Putting all development points into control
3. Skipping race weekend driver appearance event
4. Maximizing brake cooling in car development
5. Using conserved mode during race
6. Change tire whenever degradation reaches 80%
... Wait... I am confused... Are we playing Finish in 1 piece Manager 2022???
Shouldn't put all in control since Braking, cornering and accuracy also affect it. There are 4 driver skills in play when it comes to spinning, running wide and crashing.
The devs went right overboard with the complaints, everything about the game sucks dogs balls right now after 1.8.
