I cannot customize my character through steam HELP!

As the title states, character customization isnt showing up. Can somebody walk me through this please I am about to uninstall if I cant fix this issue.
Im also a player from PWI - 105 RRR fully gemmed +15: needless to say, a cash-shopper. Losing a player like me over an issue like this is just bad biz. Wheres the support ticket button!
The person who fixes my problem gets 50 bux worth of in game currency.

in case you had not gotten a reply yet, the face customization at the beginning of the game had been removed sometime in the last year. The did add in a new quest that allows you to get a face customization face card to change your face in the game. I think at one point I had received a face customization card in doing one of the 7 day off rewards. The hair styles are available in the Mysterious shop for pink leaves or in certain outfit packs you buy.

And i get what you mean I started on pwi in 2011 went to Forsaken World when it opened from 2011 to 2022 when it closed.
