Looks like you need a mod for Ultrawide. At least according to pcgamingwiki. https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/The_Expanse:_A_Telltale_Series

Can confirm it works. It may not seem like it on the menu, but once you're in game it kicks in. Also here's a direct link to the fix:

That is for people who have ultrawide, but do not use Windows :). Besides the mod they need to add these launch parameters for this game.
