Use screen sharing - As long as they can see your screen, you're good. So you could start the game and screen share with friends using Zoom or Google Meet. Zoom works a bit better in my experience. I added steps before for setting that up below.
Use remote games - If they buy a copy of the game (on Steam or consoles) they can enter your room code and stream the game to whatever platform they're on. We did this so people don't have to mess with Zoom. And watching the clips on your tv is much better than watching them over Zoom.
So yeah, Zoom is free and easy. If you want to skip screen sharing then have them pick up a copy.
