When making dumplings after you have made a few the tutorial goes away, but you still remember how to do the actions.
For me this is a beautiful way to show how she was intially taught by her mother and even if she is no longer there to give direct help, the help she gave still sticks and she remembers how to make the food because of the direction her mother once gave.
