Any estimated date yet?
We have not announced a release date no.
I like your style hehe
Besides, no one is really reading about it yet are they? :D
Especially after the Unity drama and all that.
Development is going great! I'm confident the game will be a banger. It will take time though. The game is self-funded so it's our own blood we're spilling as we pour more and more into the game, and there is no publisher to rush it out the door.
Regarding the Unity drama, the news was alarming for sure, but doesn't really affect SoG. The retroactive nature of the change (which they have since rolled back) was the most frightening. We'll certainly be looking into other engines for our next title like so many other developers.
Glad to hear it. And I get it's taking time. I'd rather wait for a good quality game than get a sloppy one quick.
Afraid not! We're still a ways off. One reason why many developers choose to announce a date so early is because they know if they don't say something the media and fans will never stop asking (which is a good thing and we are honored people care enough to want to know!). So we tend to give the earliest imaginable date :).
