From what I understand, the devs would like the idea BUT (and that's important to put a big but here) it'd be a second piece of software to maintain and they are already busy enough with the game as it is.

So no, there is no plan but there is interest for it to happen someday if they can afford it.

Brief search revealed that M1A1 only started production that year, so it is very unlikely, it will be added to the game.

Love this new update, but i gotta say, when are we getting the TOW HUMVEE? That would be an awesome and fun addition at some point.

TOW firing Humvees weren’t really in West Germany at the time. They would make more sense in a scenario set between 1987-1990
