Leopard 1 Aiming Reticle off?
IDK if this is a bug or WAD but it appears that all shots fired from the Leopard 1 seem to land to the left of the center crosshairs of the sight. This occurs independent of the ranging of the target

Same
I notice this too - I'm wondering if there is some kind of parallax issue since when I adjust to counter the left leaning shot, the alternative gunsight is usually bang on.

Same here, all shots are landing to the left slightly of where I am aiming.

Agreed, all shots landing left of target, zeroing still visibly accounts for horizontal sight offset but still landing left of zero point

Same, also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ these things are more of a death trap than the PT-76.

Either there is a bug—a very obvious one, as I even noticed it in the first showcase video., or it works that way in real life.

As a workaround, imagine the distance between the main optic on the right and the barrel. Then, picture that same length and aim to the side accordingly. For me, let’s say the sight is 1 meter off. So, I visualize a line where the sight and the cannon align on the left side of the target, adjusting proportionally to the distance. This method has brought me quite a bit of success.

It feels as if the line of sight and the bore are parallel all the way to the point of impact. If this offset remains constant, then it’s less of an issue for me, at least.

The advantage would be that no matter how your sight is adjusted, the compensation remains the same.

Ever heard of the Parallax effect. Use the Aux sights if you cant deal with it

If true, that should account for moving targets no? I'm aiming at static targets on the training range and this still happens. I don't think this is parallax.

it goes for static targets as well, Parallax has nothing to do with the target moving or not, it just means that the sight and gun are unaligned at different ranges due to being in different positions. It becomes more noteable the closer you get as the sight is set to aligned with the gun at one range (likely battlesight range)
i noticed the same

If you have problems with the paralax of the sight, practice more at the range. A few shots at the range were enough for me to understand how the projectile flies. At a range of 1000m and more the projectile is exactly in the centre of the crosshairs. When shooting at close ranges, aim a little to the right....

I noticed the same, I assume it's a bug and not a feature, but I'm not a Leo sight expert, so who knows.

it might just be me, but the ONLY time i seen a shot land on centre is 1000-1500 then it veers off target left again.

To me this effect seems disturbingly prominent at medium ranges (just like those of the training range mission)...
Up close, it's at its peak but doesn't make a huge difference when aiming center mass; and at long range the deviation doesn't require so much of an offset aim. In both the Table Salt missions I totally forgot to compensate aim, overwhelmed by the adrenaline, and realized it only near the end of the battle! But oh boy, using the MG quickly reminded me to do so...

Anyone who's played this game for a significant amount of time is familiar with the parallax of older tank optics. The parallax on the Leopard seems insane. Having to aim 10 ft to the right at 1000yds seems unrealistic. I'm not an expert on the Leopard, but I'm guessing this is a bug.
