How to make the platoon actually follow orders again?

Just had my tracks taken out so switched to the tank that was newly labelled as leader in my plt. At first only one tank of the other 2 operational followed me, I assumed the other one was also tracked and stuck in place. Later on gave an order to move into column formation, and the tank that was following me apparently stopped, without me noticing until I got a good kilometer away. Switched between the tanks and drove them all together and they're just ignoring my orders when I'm in the leader tank.

When something like this happens I try to change through formations, toggle follow, and change spacing. This sometimes resets the issue.

I never hit the halt command so maybe that would fix it, if I tried asking them to halt first then follow. I'll keep this in mind, thank you bro.
