Survivability of the M1 and some other vehicles
The M1 tank has so much space inside them that you can hit it center mass several times and either hit nobody, or turn the loader into mince meat repeatedly, not affecting the tank's battle status. I understand that it is the real quality of the design and it's nice that it is represented, but when an APFSDS round penetrates an enclosed steel body several times and shreds one of it's crew into pieces one would expect there to be a lot of sparks, poisonous gas released from molten, vaporised and burning steel and tungsten and gore to be inside the tank, decreasing effectiveness of it's crew or forcing it to bail. Such system seems to work on other vehicles like APCs when "surviving crew bails out", but not with Abrams. Does anybody else thinks this issue shoul be adressed? The issue is further deepened by the fact that at those rare occasions you DO face M1 and it seems like the game is about to get interesting, you most likely to be in a T-72 tank with obsolete 3bm15 ammunition, which makes the game frustrating rather than interesting. It is even worse in the fact that you can not replay missions in compain mode, so you can't try again and overcome the M1. It would be nice if you could encounter M1s more often and in other tanks, that would make the game more interesting and replayable.

Reference used to judge about the amount of secondary fragmentation, demoralising fire and gas with APFSDS (notice how commanders hatch was blown and bented outwards a meter from the impact point):
