there's a mod on github that adds the t-34 and a few other unfinished vehicles to the testing map
And simply making NVA lose in the campaign is not enough. You have to make them lose and drag it out at the same time to deplete faction resources which is seperate to how close you are to losing.
Probably this, doesn't add any vehicles other than T-34 anymore tho

No he means the east germans need to lose a bunch of vehicles but still win missions.
Vehicle losses impact a logistics stat seperate from the stat determining if you are winning the campaign and youi need to drive this into the ground without losing the campaign.
If you just surrender as the US without destroyingany vics the East german logistics stat will improve and thus you will not get the T-34 to appear.
As are any reports on funny rocks.
