Don't get too carried away thinking it's easy mode, when the Soviets turn up you're going to be dealing with ammunition that makes your own armour a lot less reliable and (in the case of T-80B) a fire control system that is on par with the M1, except for lack of thermals. As always, the better crew and the better tactics will matter the most... especially when infantry turn up. Go right ahead, drive that big, blind, clumsy armoured box of yours into our lair and see what happens

Right now the best tank the Warsaw Pact has in the game is an export T-72M1. Things will be more difficult when we face real soviet T-72B's, T-80B's and maybe even T-80BV's.

i think your opinion will change pretty fast when its not East German 3BM15 that is fired at you, But instead its 3BM22(tungsten) and 3BM32 "Vant"(depleted uranium) that its fired at you from the soviets that will be added pretty soon.

Both of these projectiles could easily rip through the lower plate of the Abrams at normal ranges with 3BM32 being capable of doing it even at extreme ranges.

No idea where did you find out about this stupidity :D Only T80 was able to shot thru M1A2... just use google and you will find videos of US amry trying to beat their tanks with russian equipment :D

Only the T-80? That doesnt make any sense.
T-80, T-72 and T-64 all use the same ammunition and can all deal with the M1 with the right shell.
Not to mention that youre talking about the A2 Abrams thats not even in the game.
