where is the 3rd pixie?

I got this quest forever ago, was never able to find more than 2. I can't even remember where exactly I found the other 2, one was in the sewers IIRC. been all over town, cannot find the 3rd.

edit: nvm, after going through the town 3 more times i found one in the information center. took me 1hr+, a hint would have been nice other than "somewhere in the city".

I'll look at adding hints for these. Though I don't want to be too obvious about it as it's meant to encourage the player to look around and spot new things.

oh that was fast. won't help me but hopefully someone else will have less frustration with this quest.
