Also I definitely agree on the cursed and combo accessories. They are not worth the millions of gold spent on them. Maybe the trade accessory, but the others are just a couple hundred extra gold when I need hundreds of thousands to be meaningful.
I mean I spent some time watching my store and it has trouble breaking ten thousand profit in the amount of time my passive income ticks once. It's a good source of revenue to get there, but isn't really meaningful in the end game. And all but a few accessories just boost profits in the store by a bit.
By comparison a single bulk commodity trade of oil made me 12 million.
There's also more to upgrading the store than getting it automated, A lot of new upgrades become available through exploration in the end game.
And the very expensive things are there as something to work towards, they are still quite useful and there are ways to optimise what you get out of them. Also consider that they will carry over to new game+ soon.
I know about the flow pix, but that eats xp way faster than I can earn it in the store.
I'm not sure what you mean by store upgrades. I think I've got just about everything and the only thing I can see that might be a meaningful upgrade is the upsell hat. And that's 40 million gold itself. Well and the chicken eggs. I did get those.
I want players to figure out how to optimise on their own, but there are ways to make money very quickly.
And yeah I know I can finish the game any time I want. But I'm a completionist. And that last property is taunting me.
Also it would be nice if we could buy some upgrades for the bulk commodity traders. Maybe increase how many goods they stock and how fast they replenish. I'd say increase the number available at once, but then that's basically printing money.
I've gotten hundreds of oil at a time and that's by far the best. So it doesn't really change the profitability of bulk trading, but it's a little odd.
I think you mean the Hemcroft Mayor with the coffee prices, that's intentional. They want the coffee so the price they're willing to pay for it is high, and not wanting to give it up easily the price to buy it from them is also high.
Got it, thanks!
