How much VenDrank to donate to the bees?

I sold a thousand or so Vendranks and was offered a quest for the bees, does anyone know how many I have to donate and what the rewards are for differing amounts?

This is a very interesting quest, I've done some experimenting with numbers donated and found a couple differences I'll add below using spoiler tags. Thank you for adding this and giving your [amusingly cryptic] input ;)

over 1000 donated changes the Vendrank price from 9g to 22g, you get berated for being stingy and bees behavior states it changes. I received +2 generousity at 2000 donated. Not sure what the numbers were for less than 1000.
Update: at over 3000, I get thanked for being generous and received an extra generoristy point (total of 3). Going over 4000 didn't seem to change anything (no extra generosity points, don't know about added behaviors. I'm guessing there is a cap?

I just kept adding a thousand until they stopped calling me stingy. This happened at 4,000 and I moved on after that.

I donated 10k and she was super exited. Commenting I donated a lot

Donated 10,181 here. She was happy but still 22g.

I tried at the 10k, 15k, and 20k marks but her dialogue didn't change past 10k.

Her dialogue won't change past the generous cutoff, but other things will.

That's kind of irritating actually. There should be some indication of differences to encourage experimentation past that level. It's not actually easy to donate all those thousands of vendrank. Not when the item cap is 999. The grind of going back and forth each time is pretty tedious.

The grind is part of the excitement though, and there is a vendrank machine for 2g right underneath it. im testing the difference for 50K and 100K today.

There are more bees hanging around outside the more you donate. But I've never seen them do anything but hover.

Donating 7992 netted some pretty good yields the bees spend more per vendrank they buy in store, adding 9g per every time they run through thanks devs for the ingenious secrets

Further testing shows that for every 1K more that you give them then they buy one more drink purchase so 100K was 100 purchase

At 30K one bee will average 4,156 on just vendrank, 50K one bee averages 7,596. 75k one bee averages 11,896 with 2 crit sales. At 100K drinks donated every bee goes through 100 times for an average of 16,196 for just vendrank and you get your money back in just 6.2 visits

Getting to 100K took a while(9.5 hours) but was well worth it, i watched netflix while playing in the future i would probably stop at 30K or 50K to make it easier for AFK and not have to buy 999 vendrank every 5 minutes lol
