How can I disable head turn when steering?

My game keeps crashing when I click on "continue" to play. I got this since Sunday. I tried everything, this is updating my gpu, reinstalling the game and contacting Astragon. Also, it does happen with and without mods. This is what I keep getting. I just bought this, was wondering if theres any wheel support for this game???

Hi all I was just wondering if the game will be getting expanded again at any time, the last obvious new part was the introduction on the Trams but then nothing more from you guys, there was the hotfix in November 23. Is there going to be no more changes to this game now that you have released the standalone tram game? I would love to see areas in the game and new trams and route availability for the trams, especially would be cool to be able to take the trams out to the airport and the area around it....
