Settings World Champion cheat?

The last thing I want to do is go through all of my settings, adjusting them all to random points, until I get the achievement. What are all the specific metrics? (e.g. if a setting has a slider and a number, do I need to set it to every number individually?) Any settings I don't need to worry about changing? And are there any shortcuts to the achievement?

And, on a related note, how do I change the title screen so that it says 'Stanley Parable Deluxe' or 'Stanley Parable 2'? I hate that it has a dumb subtitle and says 'Stanley Parable 4', and I only let this happen in the first place so that I could unlock things in the game that were previously locked!

I've heard you can put it back to "the stanley parable 2" by playing the sequel ending again. also, in settings, at the bottom is an option to factory reset the game.
