Getting to the warehouse vent after unplugging the phone

Some know that you can drop down to the warehouse floor after unplugging the phone by crouching under the sign. But if you cling to the wall, you can shimmy along the narrow ledge as well. The vent is present and is open, so could there be a way to get to it this way? I've tried twice, and having to go through the instructional video every single time is a little irritating.

It's not completely a softlock...if you go to the bottom and go through the shutter, music plays. So the devs clearly thought about the possibility of you getting down there. I thought there might be something similar for the vent, if you could get to it.

You said about the vent, there is nothing in the vent. Once you enter the vent if you get to the end you drop into just a black space. You can get there by taking the jump into other maps and jumping over the barrier. Easier than walking on the ledge.
