Took me a while to figure this one out, because the game kept closing Stanley's office door right after I left it, so I couldn't grab the bucket and go back in to push the last button. But, I got it eventually...

Apparently there isn't any hidden dialogue as far as others have seen, you just hold the bucket and click buttons

Hmm, I wonder if that's related to the time I got the blue main office outside Stanley's room for the first time, walked outside, turned around... and Stanley's entire office including the door was missing, just a black void? (I went in, fell, and the game restarted, IIRC. Either way, thanks for the info!

I just did a bunch of testing. It's completely random, nothing specific triggers it. I got it to happen after ten restarts since the last time it happened, and then three times since the last time it happened, so totally random.

You just have to keep walking out of Stanley's office, walking straight forward until you hear the door closing behind you (right when you're walking past door 430), and then restart the game again. I can tell you that the indicator that you're in the "right" reset is if you walk past 430 and don't hear the door close, AND you'll always hear the phone ringing perpetually at 433's desk. The Narrator also won't say a word.

That's how you know when you're in the "right" reset to grab the bucket and bring it to heaven. No telling how many times you have to reset to get there though, it does appear to be completely random, and not triggered by anything specific.

I've actually seen someone have the narrator ask something like "Did the instructions really stop coming in?" when the door didn't close instead of someone calling the phone. Happens on the first time you're about to complete the Heaven ending.

But with the bucket for me you go into a gray place with pillars that's dark
