No Epilogue after Collectibles Ending

Do I miss something? I completed the Collectibles Ending but don't have the Epilogue available in the menue.

Did you see all the messages when you start the game (as in launch it from Steam)?

I think it happens after a set number of endings completed. After the collectibles ending I didn't get the epilogue too. After I completed another ending - the Confusion ending, i think - the epilogue showed up on the menu for me.
EDIT - I think the answer is what Neutral Star said. you need to see all the startup messages before you can see the epilogue

restart the game like 5 times, you will then see it in the menu

Yup, this was the solution. I only restarted it like 3 times. Now Epilogue is here.

The game doesn't really make it clear on how you get the Epilogue
I had to get a lot of different endings before it popped up in the menu
but like most people say just restart the game a few times & your done
