No dice :( I can click every option but that's it, cant proceed any further
Only problem is I think you may have to set the time every time you boot the game, which is another screen where confirm cuts off in widescreen
For me, it's 5120x1440 on a Samsung G9, Windows 11. I've resorted to use the dual-input option on this monitor and split each half into a separate "display" but then I'm running on literally half the screen. That's a less-than-premium experience I expected when building this setup.
Same monitor, same resolution. Once you get into the settings you can drop it down to a 16:9 resolution in game. half of the confirm button still cuts off and the top half of what you are saying is cut off but its doable.
Eventually you get to a point where the game literally tells you every time you start up, its going to give you an extra 2-3 start screens like this, and boy does it.
Very anti ultrawide atm :(
Thanks! Just tested the beta build on native 5120x1440 and the game actually scales to a 32:9 resolution with nothing cut off YAY!
Also other resolutions appear to be working normal as well, 16:9 and 21:9 not seeing anything cut off
Thanks for the fix!
- Put this in your launch option to force it to lower the screen resolution so you can see all the buttons: -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080
- Start the game
- You won't see a cursour so you're going to have to go through the start-up options without a cursor visable. It's a bit hard but totally doable.
- The cursor will show up when you've done that and ended up in the main menu.
- From the main menu go to options and set the resolition you want and full screen.
- Quit the game and remove the launch options.
- Start the game again and enjoy!
Hope it helps! :)
