There are no jump scares or monsters, but it does veer somewhat into existential horror at times.

There are some uncanny moments with scary sounds and bare lighting, that can be too much for some though.

Well there is one scene thats pretty damn scary.

and basically every ending results in you dying.
But it certainly isnt horror.

although imagine if they released this in a more horror genre, animating the gruesome deaths being described. Now that would be something.

There are moments where it gets very tense but there are no jumpscares.

There are moment that could be seen as "horror" (the one that creeped me the most was the skip button scene).
But no, no jumpscares except for a tiny one in the "Confussing ending". Aside from that, no worries, no jumpscares.
