64 bit support for newer macs please!

I would love it if this new version will support the newer macOS versions.
Actually making available the game for mac is not really helpful because the last 3 big macOS updates dont support 32bit apps so it is like it's not available for mac

i didnt buy a mac to game on. but the fact that i can run 60fps is just a plus. and this game is design for mac as well :-) so you maybe stop with the "gaming on mac" stuff

I would also like to voice my hope that this comes out with a 64-bit Mac version. It seems ridiculous for them to have Mac support at all if it's only going to be 32-bit. Only about 5% of Macs out there (i.e., 5% of the already relatively small market share of MacOS) are still running a pre-Catalina OS, including nothing sold in the past three years or so.

Why have people decided that this game is going to be 32-bit only? Nowhere have the developers said that. You're complaining about something which probably isn't even true.

Given the system requirements for both the windows and Linux versions specify a 64-bit OS it seems safe to assume the Mac version will be the same. They even specify you need at least Mac OS 10.8 which I'm pretty sure is 64-bit only.

If you look at the steam page, it has the "This product is not compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina or above" message that Steam puts on games that won't run on 64bit MacOS. There's a difference between "The OS only runs on 64-bit computers" and "The OS can run 32-bit apps". MacOS didn't drop support for 32-bit apps until Catalina (10.15).
