Development of the game is halted

In August 2023, "Paradox of Hope" was falsely accused of copyright infringement by a multi-million dollar company and received a DMCA notice. Unfortunately, I, as a solo indie developer, didn't have the strength and resources to defend my rights in court against a big team of layers and the bottomless pockets of corpos, so the further development of PoH was halted.

This situation took a toll on me, both emotionally and mentally, but I've found the strength to move forward. Please welcome my new project - "CONVRGENCE".

"CONVRGENCE" will not only preserve the beloved aesthetics and gameplay formula that players enjoyed in "Paradox of Hope" but also introduce exciting new enhancements, such as outdoor locations, a companion dog, and much more!

I'm overly grateful to everyone who supported me in the early stages of my journey in game development, so all owners of Paradox of Hope can get the new game completely free if they wish. To do so:

Judging by the mouse icon next to your Steam profile name, we will identify that you are the real owner of the game and I, or one of CMs will send you the activation key in the DM in Discord. Please note that you will not get instant access to the game. The game will only be available at the time of early access release.

If someone is found to be cheating (leaving a request for a second key in a different name), that user and the first key given to them will be banned. Also please do not flood in the comments, and leave a message only on business, respect our time, as all keys will be sent manually.

For the same reason, I unfortunately cannot predict how long it will take to process your particular request. All requests will be processed in the order they are received, but if there are many requests, the waiting time may increase.

The key distribution will end on 04/29/2024 10AM PST. Don't miss the moment!
