Mouse Pointer? switch off?

how do you get rid of the mouse pointer?
if i move it to the edge of the screen and leave it there, it automatically goes back to the middle.

Usualy I move it away one time when starting a dialogue with someone & that's it, it's stay away until I re-start the game.
