additional rune abilities slot disappeared (RF5)

I've already upgrade my bag to increase my rune abilities slot by talking to Eliza, and then I go to Rune abilities in the Bag Menu but I cannot found additional slot for rune abilities. pls kindly help.. thanks

Hum, try to go to the customize option and click on the skills (L1 + A, etc..) to show off, then see if you can roll the kick bars to select the ones you want to set.
Edit: it's R1 + A on the Switch control, my bad :)
