Rigbarth Hide-and-Seek

I started fuuka's romance story where you play hide and seek and found everyone at the markers. However, the story is still open and I haven't seen fuuka for a lonk time. The romance story says 'We're competing in the Rigbarth Hide-and-Seek Champsionship. Now I'm 'it' so I need to find everyone.' Of course I already did find everyone, and fuuka is nowhere to be found. I have already looked online for tips but unfortunately no symbol appears at the top of the lake =/ (please excuse my english i use a translator)

I believe you have to wait until pretty late in the evening, or maybe even the next evening.

The problem is that, once you start that event, the game won't let you romance anybody. And it's also somewhat obnoxious to avoid starting events.

My game (169 hrs put into it) I can't find anyone, the problem is that Fukka is the only one showing up on the map, I can't even enlarge it to see where/who the others are. The time has stood still, I can't leave town, not even to go to my Farm Dragons.
PLEASE help, tell me who the others are or how to get out of this. I REALLY don't want to start over.
