Sleeping places for villagers

So far, I haven't noticed any difference between housing the villagers at the work site or in a house. Whether the residents sleep on a mat on the floor or in a bed. What kind of wood the house is made of.
Is there really no difference in these things?

I've always found it a bit of a shame that the quality of the house and sleeping area is so little appreciated.
Will there be updates in this matter or will everything remain as it is?

It mattered in Medieval Dynasty, but it doesn't matter in this game. It's all just cosmetic just like the villager production, where they stay and work has no bearing on their actual output, every villager can perform every job the same as any other.

I'm actually quite happy about that. It's already quite a job to find them. If I then also have to find out for which workplace they are suitable, then that doesn't work.
