How do you get pearls?

The fisherman job does not let him harvest pearls like the seashells. I picked up hundreds of seashells and get no pearls by a small chance like it use to be.

I get them looting bandits chests. They dont drop very often either.

I have 7 so far and it's all from looting bandit chests, or looting them off of dead bandits.

I'm still getting the occasional pearl when picking up seashells, but the ratio of pearls to shells is very low.

there is a very small % chance to get them from your fisherman getting sea shells, but otherwise, it's raid enemy camps, get them out of chests of and off enemies or trade as some traders will sometimes stock them

I guess there is a small chance from picking up seashells. There is no notification that you get a random pearl, but I ended up with three in my inventory after picking up 85 shells. EDIT: I guess you DO get a message if you pick up a pearl from a sea shell. I missed that earlier for some reason.

time to get the forager to go collecting shells each season, Ive never bothered with this lol

Akose at the temple sells them

if i recall correct you need pearls only for one spiritual item and you can generate spiritual points in better way that that item. so pears in current game sate isnt so much needed. also you get enough pearls off from enemies as loot to craft those prayer chains which needs some pearls.

I just got some pearl beads from raiding one of the main bandit camps. So I will put them away for when they are needed lol

got 15 out of 100 shells on the beaches. maybe coincidence but go significent more be grabbing shells in water
