Report a translation problem
As Jarlim says, if you want to protect your sake you can do this by unchecking it in the priorities so that no-one can use it at all.
Disregard this part - its wrong:
Unfortunately you can't do anything to change the order of the priorities though. (Which is why we're stuck with villagers who turn their noses up at the new recipes like Miso Soup or Fruit Soup and prefer to eat raw meat first - because the devs added the new recipes on to the END of the meals priority, making them the least desirable).

Just read over the knowledge tutorials again and I see that it does allude to this but it doesn't exactly spell it out (ie click and drag) - its easily missed (in my opinion anyway). I just assumed that the order was set in stone according to how many points each item provides. No wonder this game has been so difficult to manage lol
In the Tavern's 【Using any alcoholic beverage】 information, sake is included in the calculation.
