Best setting?
I have tested my settings from my Victus 16 (R5 5600H / RTX3050Ti)
I think I need someone to check how good it is (Mine much better but still some stuttering)
1. Launch option -> -dx12
2. Compatibility -> Win 8
3. Fullscreen optimization -> on
4. Priority -> High
5. Graphic -> All low
6. AA -> DLSS performance
If anything else would make this run smooth, feel free to share.

Your CPU kinda meets the minimum but not the recommended R5-5700X. The performance rating of your CPU is worse than the minimum and overall is severely outclassed by the recommended so running smooth isn't possible.

Sadly those are probably the best settings you will get with that hardware :(
