Max perk points, Respec points ?

As title,

I would like to know how many perk points do we get and can I unlock everything, Or should I just pick wisely..

Also wondering, can I reset them / respec ?

Attempted a google search, but nothing is really coming up sadly :/

you can unlock everything except dynasty. Dynasty point=dynasty level.

actually you can get 21 dynasty points even game stop counting after dynasty level 20. and yes other perk trees you can max out and go far beyond.

I ended being smarter about where i was putting my points after first posting this...

if i can truly max them out.. I can then branch out more into other skills

How is that? I am not getting anything as you said for counting towards it after doing quest. Is it from building all construction sites?

yes you need to build most of building that give points to get there.
