Hello guys now im stuck at dynasty level 8 and i dont have anymore quests, except "Ryujins Wrath" and Open the Gates" and i cant find paper. Where i can find paper or how to progress with level ?

What do you mean paper? Are you talking about for the bridge to the shrine?

If you mean the "wand" that is required for the bridge to the shrine, she should have given it to you when you spoke to her. If you lost it, then speak with her again and she should give you another.

I reach lv 14 but no paper workshop , Inn , fishing hut , mining hut, well almost nothing I think I got 1 or 2 buildings and the cooking pot and steel.

Paper can be bought from the Exotic Goods Merchant near the temple. The stock is random.

paper workshop an inn comes with lvl 21

Where is the temple?
