i got the ice storage but i dont no where to get ice from any help please

I think you can only buy it from merchants for the moment. I heard the merchant in the hot springs has some.

Nice , I haven't it yet but I know how getting free ice.
I built several drinking troughs and left the water in them until the winter season. During the winter, I was able to collect the ice but without proper storage, the ice turned into water.

build trofs for "animals" and in winter time you can collect ice from them

Ice is needed there were we cook rice and make alcohol. I don't remember for which receipt, but it is needed for that. Though, alcohol itself isn't really needed for now.

Ice isn't needed in making sake. You make it with rice, water, firewood and koji. You can't currently make koji. You put rice, water, and firewood in the rice boiling barrel to make cooked rice, when you put in the fermentation barrel with koji (has to be bought or found) and water to make fermented mixture. You put the fermented mixture in the filtration press to get sake.

Edit: the only recipe I see that uses ice is cooling mixture, and temperatures don't really seem to be in the game yet.

Like I said "Ice is needed there WHERE we cook rice and make alcohol. I don't remember for which receipe". Never said it is used for Sake :)

ice is in the fermentation recipe now. if you can only make ice in the winter time, does that mean that you can only make fermented rice in the winter when ice is available??

It kinda looks like we're going to be forced to have a brewery by the lake, which appears to be the only source of ice, and that we're going to have to make the ferment when the ice is available, and try to make enough to keep the brewery going all year, which implies we would already need to have the rice cooked and ready to go, slam the ferment in winter, then run it through filtration whenever. Which also implies that we're going to need an "ice crew" in winter that we have to micromanage.

Not entirely sure why ice is now a requirement for fermentation. Not aware of any fermenting process that would require it.

Apparently this ferment requires 50 blocks of ice for one batch. Dude at the temple was only selling 48 blocks, and they cost 80 each. So you're looking at paying over 4K total for one batch of sake, and that's assuming you can get the full 50 blocks. If you mine it yourself, you have people who have to be micromanaged, because they are only going to mine ice in winter, and only going to ferment in winter, and then you have to figure out what you're doing with them the rest of the year. So far, we aren't allowed to just dismiss people we don't need. I liked giving my farmers a break in winter, but now I guess we HAVE to use them for this. It would also seem that a village by the lake is now a requirement.

You can place troughs around your ice storage shed and each trough will hold 5 water which it collects from rain. So, 10 troughs would give you your 50 blocks of ice when frozen. You might get several batches of ice harvested during the winter to make several batches of sake but your comments are correct, you will have to have the cooked rice built up to make the fermented batches.
Adding ice to the recipe doesn't seem like a great idea.
