Secrets of the Trade quest

Is there an issue with this quest. It says "use a pickaxe to mine 15 ore" You can't mine ore with a stone pickaxe. Am i in the wrong Cave?

Look for small deposits. Alternatively, you can buy iron pickaxes from NPCs.

Those are the ones i have hitting, are they in the cave or somewhere else, i haven't been able to trade with any of the NPCs yet.

Just found some :)

There is a cave in Iwasaki that contains iron ore. It also contains just stone, but you will see that when looking at the deposits.
