That's odd! I have seen some youtubers unlocking it with the quest of "the impure" from the very beginning...

you'll have to restart - or wait for a patch.

but it is in the game.

someone found out if you do the help villager quest in a set way - you can unlock the fisherman hut and mining hut.

I started over and got it. Well worth the effort as the fishing hut is a powerful building with the absence of farming.

they'll patch it sooner or later.

Unless lots of people already write that it's a bad game. I can say that I enjoy the atmosphere a lot and don't see issues with some little itches. And as the spirit of the game teaches, to be patient, I will do so!
