Where do i learn the mining outpost at?
I am pretty sure I have talked to everyone at Iwasaki. I have also talked to the abbot and now am working on getting to dynasty level 14. But i can't seem to find where to learn how to make the mining outpost.

Maybe you need higher Dynasty points lvl 17 maybe
Did search google for it
But maybe its not yet implanted in the game and your need to wait for a update

Mining post is currently bugged and will hopefully be fixed in one of the upcoming updates. It should unlock no later than level 7 Dynasty after speaking with the Abbot.

ok cuz im in lvl 14 amd i still dont have it
