Build the woodcutter's hut. The carpentry workstation is a required component. Then select the furniture tab in the build menu, production tab, then the woodcutter. The woodworking station is on the right of this radial menu. Place it with the hammer inside the grid for the woodcutter's hut.

i CAN'T PLACTE BOTH carpentry and woodworking table. woodcutter station I can built. I did the integrity of the game and restarted the game, and still cant built them.

The carpentry station (log on stilts) for the woodcutter's hut is already done if you've built the building to completion. And if you've built it to completion, you've unlocked all the required components so placing the woodworking station (inside the woodcutter's hut's roofed interior away from the carpentry station should be possible.
