How to get more villagers?

I've got ako and another from the questline, but now there is talk about setting up new village? I hardly have one working at the moment, i'd like to have more people. I set up the beggar things but they dont have an option to ask them to join

In order to get more villagers, you need to advance the game until you reach level 7 dynasty and speak to the abbot. Doing this will open the map to spawning refugees. You can find them at various spawn points throughout the map. Interacting with them will give you an option to recruit them to your village. But, remember, the more people you have, the more needs they will have.

After reaching a certain point in the game (talking with the abbot) you will find refugees on the map that you can ask to join you.

cant find them
ive been looking for 20-30 min and i cant find a single one

The main story quest will lead you right to his doorstep. Just keep on keeping on (to borrow from another game I love)

is there a special season refuges does not spawn?

Not that I've seen, no. But there are a lot of spawn points across the entire map so they may not be in ones you know of.

how do i get mining outpost because i have been at the iron village i have talked to abbo or akko whatever he is called and now i cant get polished stone because i cant find the outpost

there are only female refugees? never see a male one.

iyep is for Dinasty level , but remember, standar house ( 2 tier) you can put beds for 2 people ( in the future if they are woman and men will have babies) i suposse work like Medieval Dynasty, at least in roadmap
