Symbols on the top left!
I am having an issue figuring out what this warning Symbol means..... and I also cannot find a reference or a chart anywhere. https://gyazo.com/f07547ffad72008c39fe9a0b733dd66c Please Help

To add to that comment, you can see what's missing by going to Dynasty > Jobs and scroll throughout your jobs list. The problematic job will be labeled as no tool and such.

The symbols means that a need cannot be fulfilled at the end of the day. Check the bottom of the Dynasty page.
