You already waste the first Bell in Sosogi, because you are new to the game and you don't know better.
The second you place where Tin is, so that you can finally get to Bronze.
You only have 2 left.
One is for Iron, one is for ironsand and you are still one short to get the ice.
Why would I want to go twice short and not get 2 main resources?
This doesn't make any sense.
If you place a belltower south of Segi on the southern banks of the river close to the water, you get the hammer mill in the range, you will have iron and ironsand in this village.
Copper, tin and bronze are nice to have in later game, but not really necessary anymore.
I didn`t build the monastery bell building, i don`t know , if it enables only monastery or village too.
My third village is at the ice lake, the fourth in monastery/paper district, having all the resources i need for now.
