Your food is getting eaten up as soon as its produced. If you need to put villagers on cooking, block them from eating raw food from the dynasty menu -> priorities -> meals and un-check the raw food.
EDIT: You're going to run into this really soon but there's a bug with creating tools, that's going to cause you a headache. Once you start using upgraded hammers to to have villagers make things, sometimes they will consume the materials but not make anything. I personally didn't run into it until bronze this time around.
i dont under stand how all the food is being eaten when i have over the req needs by 165?
With two villages up, I have 4 woodshacks up. Three of them produce 100% logs, with the 4th split between 75% firewood and 25% planks.
Really prefer how Medieval Dynasty happens production queues overall, but I really love how Sengoku lets me build from storage.
As far as the wood it could come down to your heating needs cause if you haven't changed any of the items that they can use then they may be using the logs for the heating and also you said your making tools maybe some of them are taking the logs as well (and if their making tools they will put them in the tool storage not general storage)
same thing with the food and other items the villagers will put them in their respective storage's not in the general storage.
