Please what on earth can I equip here?

In my equipment slots there's 2 at the end (bottom right side)
One looks like earrings? The other a bottle on a chain?

What kind of items go there? Will I naturally find out as I progress in the game? I'm Dynasty 12 with 2 villages and haven't even helped all the other villages yet, 3 territories are mine.

Please help I keep trying to work it out lol

One is gloves, which rotated out by design. The other is afaik apparel, currently without function.

You can make the straw jacket thing in the tailor and it is equipped in the bottom right. It does nothing afaik tho, it's only for aesthetics rn

The bottom right is for "accessories" which are extremely limited in scope. The Calabash Water Bottle can be equipped and it will slow food decay in your personal inventory by 10%. The Straw Cloak is supposed to keep you warm in winter but we don't have environmental effects on the character yet so it's usefulness is, as stated above, more for aesthetics right now. I'm sure there will be others.

First off, thank you very much for this latest patch :). Great work ! Think I have mostly all the improvements this provided except for the return of the gloves. I had hoped verifying my files would show them back, but sadly no. I really hope I don't have to restart the game for them. Thanks for any help.

Gloves were integrated into the gear sets. Hence the slot became obsolete.

to put is super easy,

the one that looks like earrings? hats and face masks
the one that looks like a chained bottle? calabash bottle or grass cloak. (the grass cloak is purely cosmetic at the moment )

so cosmetics still mean nothing despite the "new" faces on the females just being the same face with more or even less dirt and cosmetics but gloves are obsolete now I'm sorry I have to laugh at that. i have Stewart's voice in Family Guy going " oh here is 2 more faces with dirt or not dirt, OH but no more gloves for you so no looking good, mawhahahahaha!"
