Cooling Drink

I have two questions:
Where to I produce a cooling drink?
Is there a way in this game, because I have this problem allot, when you are in need of something, straw, a cooling drink, or a bamboo bottle, is there a way to quickly see what trade produces a particular item?

Cooling drinks are part of the Medicine radial in the cooking hearth/workplace.

There's no official documentation on what is made where but it follows common sense for the most part. Food and drinks in the kitchen, wood products in the woodcutter's, general use items in the workshop, etc.
