how to get leather

someone know how to get leather ?
i bought the blueprint from an merchant, but i cant find it in the building radial 3 stack deep system... how is the Tannery named or under what do i find it?

Under Production Buildings - Build a Tailor Workshop
Then under Furniture - Production Building Furniture - Tailor Furniture - Select Tanning Vat and place inside Tailor Workshop
