I've had 3 people working on the large bridge that leads across to Aratani (the farming village) and it's been 3 seasons and it's still not completed. All of my dynasty stats are high, including maintenance, no other materials are needed, but it's just not getting completed. The first bridge was completed at the end of my first season with only 1 worker, so why is it taking more than 3 seasons to complete this project? I've come across at least 7 other projects that need to be done.

What gives?

Also, I've been collecting tons of hemp and flax around the map, but do not have any recipes to craft anything with them yet - nor do I have any way to craft a seed bag to plant them and grow more. Is this coming in future updates/patches or did I miss something?

The large bridge at Aratani takes more seasons, afaik it was five seasons to finish.

Yes, flax and hemp items are coming in a future update.

The bridge at Aratani also requires 5 people. If you do not have 5 people assigned to the work, the work cannot go forward. Assign 2 more people for the counter to begin and then it takes 5 seasons.
Every special project other than the 5 small bridges and the special Enjiro bridge takes more than 1 season. Watchtowers take 2, the rope bridge takes 3, the lighthouse takes 4 and the processing stations take 5.

Yep, I added 2 more people to have all 5 slots filled and it told me it'll be done in 4 more seasons, I hadn't gotten that message before, so thank you very much!!!
