Can't complete "Secrets of the Trade" quest

I try to give An Dong the 5 iron pickaxes and shovels, but the only dialogue option is "I am still working on the tools"

I gave An Dong the items he wanted, we concluded his quest, I got his reward, and today the quest is back up on my screen, but he is gone back to his homeland, and I can't unlock items that tell me to do his quest first.

Also today when I changed season from autumn to winter, my entire village became homeless and unemployed, and I had to try to remember what I had them all doing and reassign them, after which one of got unassigned again. Definitely a few issues to work through.

Yes, and the quest loca for this has been fixed now to indicate these two items properly.
